Admissions and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised individual to join our school community from December 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our school by supporting pupil recruitment and promoting our values and ethos to prospective families.

As Admissions and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the admissions process from initial enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring a warm, professional and efficient experience for all prospective parents and pupils. You will also lead on marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, print materials, events and social media, helping to showcase the unique strengths of our all-girls prep school.

Working closely with the Head and Bursar, you will help develop and implement strategies to increase visibility and engagement, maintain accurate admissions records and support the delivery of open days, tours and outreach activities.

This role requires discretion, professionalism and a genuine enthusiasm for promoting the values of all girls’ education. If you are passionate about making a difference and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused role, we would love to hear from you.

This is a full-time, year-round role with 30 days’ annual leave per annum, Bank Holidays and Christmas closure are in addition to this entitlement.

Part-Time Site Assistant (12 hours per week)

We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to join the staff of our unique, friendly and highly regarded IAPS School from January 2026. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the upkeep, cleanliness and overall safety of our school environment. Your responsibilities will include external site maintenance, general garden maintenance and porterage.

This is a hands-on role and we seek someone who shows initiative and has a positive approach to tasks and challenges. You will need the ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team, have basic maintenance skills and an understanding of Health and Safety regulations.

We welcome applications from applicants who do not have experience in all areas of the job description, as training will be offered to the successful candidate.

 

The role is a part-time, term-time position, working 12 hours per week with additional hours available during school holidays.

An hourly rate is offered of at least the London Living Wage, currently £13.85 per hour, dependent on experience.
