News – 1st September 2026 – PARTNERSHIP NEWS NLCS x THE CAVENDISH SCHOOL

We are delighted to share an exciting development in the future of The Cavendish School. 

The Cavendish School will join the North London Collegiate School (NLCS) Family of Schools, becoming the first Prep School in the wider NLCS family beyond its Junior School. 

This partnership brings together two schools with a shared commitment to outstanding girls’ education and nurturing every pupil’s individual potential. 

For prospective families, this announcement strengthens what makes The Cavendish School so special. Our unique identity, values, traditions and leadership will remain unchanged. We will continue to be the warm, ambitious and supportive Camden school that so many families know and value today. 

At the same time, joining the NLCS Family of Schools will create exciting opportunities through shared expertise, resources and collaboration, enhancing the educational experience we offer our pupils. 

We remain committed to providing an exceptional environment in which girls develop confidence, curiosity and a lifelong love of learning. 

The Cavendish School becomes part of the NLCS Family
